It's time to register for Crowley House of Hope's annual Back to School Program. Back to School supports qualifying students in Pre-K through 12th grade with school supplies and uniform assistance and who live in the following zip codes: 76036, 76123, 76132, 76133, 76134, and 76140.
 

To register attend one of the following registration events
June 12 | 9:00 am to Noon
June 26 | 9:00 am to Noon
July 3 | 9:00 am to Noon
July 10 | 9:00 am to Noon
July 17 | 9:00 am to Noon
July 24 | 9:00 am to Noon

You can also set an appointment to register outside of these days and times by contacting Stephanie Vaughn.

Please be sure to bring the following documents to the registration event you choose to attend.

  1. To determine residency in our service area please provide your current electric or water bill.
  2. To determine qualifying students in your home please provide birth certificate, passport, or Social Security card for each child.
  3. To determine income eligibility please provide pay check stubs, award letters for SNAP, TANF, WIC, Social Security income, VA benefits or unemployment.
