| Demaris DarnellLifestyle DirectorDemaris earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of West Florida in Pensacola before heading to Texas A&M where she completed her master’s in Sport Management. While at Texas A&M, she worked in campus recreation and managed campus events, which sparked her love for creating fun, meaningful experiences for communities. When not in the office, you can find Demaris spending time with friends, fishing, or trying out new recipes in the kitchen. She is looking forward to getting to know everyone and joining the Karis community! |

| Stephanie HorvathCommunity ManagerStephanie is a mother of two wonderful kids, ages 21 and 20, and has been married for 20 years. She also has a 7-month-old puppy who keeps the family on their toes at all times. Stephanie worked in the healthcare field before transitioning to HOA management, where she has enjoyed eight years of experience. She is committed to serving her communities and passionate about the work she does, enjoying every opportunity to work with homeowners and bring strong customer service skills to each interaction. Stephanie focuses on building trust, solving problems, and ensuring every homeowner feels supported, understood, and valued.
