What’s New at Karis? Amenities You’ll Love

It’s an exciting time for Karis residents. The first phase of The Atrium, our exciting new lifestyle center, opened in June offering opportunities to splash in the new family pool and stay in shape in the new state-of-the-art fitness center. But that’s not all, there are new parks, new sculptures, and an engaging calendar of events ready to make life in Karis even better.

Discover the Parks of Karis

Karis doesn’t do ordinary parks. Here, each park is a little world of its own, designed to suit all kinds of outdoor enthusiasts:

Gateway Park, located near the community entrance, is a serene introduction to the natural beauty of Karis. Its lush landscaping creates a calming vibe, perfect for a morning stroll or an after-dinner breather.
For families, Sunflower Park is a dream come true. Picture swings, spinners, and a towering climbing structure that make kids’ imaginations soar. Parents, you’ll appreciate the shaded seating where you can relax while still keeping an eye on the little ones.
Bluebonnet Park takes things up a notch with its café-style seating, a covered grill area perfect for summer barbecues, a playground for the kiddos, and an event lawn that’s just begging for a picnic.
If you’re feeling sporty, head over to Bolden Park, where you’ll find a trailhead connecting to more than 3 miles of walking and biking trails. It’s also got a killer obstacle course outfitted with fitness equipment for those looking to mix up their workouts.
For a more peaceful vibe, check out Monarch Park. This long, linear green space is a perfect spot to relax and, as the name suggests, catch sight of graceful butterflies fluttering by. It’s a reminder that nature and community can go hand in hand.

New Butterfly Sculptures in Karis

Speaking of butterflies, Karis has upped its artistic game with the addition of stunning butterfly sculptures installed in the median along Almond Blossom. These vibrant, detailed works of art bring a pop of color and whimsy to the neighborhood. Whether you’re driving by or strolling with your coffee in hand, the sculptures are sure to make you smile.

Events Take the Spotlight in Karis

A community is only as lively as its events, and in Karis, things are always happening. Love good food? You’ll want to mark your calendar for Taco Truck Tuesday. Have little ones? New Phases of The Atrium Coming Soon

When it comes to top-notch facilities, The Atrium Amenity Center is the crown jewel of Karis. The first phase is complete, now work can begin on phase two which will feature four pickleball courts, ideal for everyone from seasoned players to those just learning the ropes. Phase 2 will bring a gorgeous clubhouse and a second pool to our community, making The Atrium not just a space but a hub for activity, relaxation, and connection.
